Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Regional Sales Manager Personal Loan (DSA Vertical)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Personal Loan DSA business across the assigned region to achieve business targets.
- Develop and expand the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network by identifying, onboarding, and activating new channel partners.
- Drive sales growth by increasing loan sourcing, improving productivity, and ensuring quality business generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against assigned targets and implement action plans to bridge gaps.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Regional/Area/Cluster Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and relationship teams.
- Ensure regular field visits to DSA partners for business development, partner engagement, and issue resolution.
- Conduct product training and sales coaching sessions for DSA partners to improve sourcing quality and conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards during customer acquisition.
- Monitor portfolio quality by controlling delinquency and maintaining healthy credit parameters.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams for faster processing and issue resolution.
- Review productivity of each DSA partner and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, business reviews, and regional performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and reducing turnaround time (TAT).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales drives, and partner engagement programs to maximize business.
- Manage regional sales budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
