Job Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales operations for C&I solar financing business
- Manage and expand EPC, distributor, and channel partner network
- Handle multi-state business operations and market expansion
- Drive distribution management and team performance
- Develop business strategies for solar loan growth across assigned territory
- Manage large sales teams and ensure target achievement
- Build strong market presence within the solar and renewable ecosystem
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution and customer onboarding
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in C&I loans, solar financing, or renewable energy sales
- Must have handled multiple states and large sales teams
- Good command over distribution and channel management
- Strong network within Solar EPC and renewable energy industry
- Candidates from solar finance, panel OEMs, inverter companies, or EPC organizations preferred
