Role & responsibilities
Developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales, representative, building relationship with clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Manage and motivate a team of sale representative to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Ensuring resource-wise productivity for the zone.
Co-ordinate with branch banking stakeholders for branch activations.
Develop and implement sales strategy for expanding customer base.
Cross sell of other bank product including liabilities & insurance
Achievement of disbursement targets of the area.
Timely resolution and maintain portfolio triggers across locations
Achievement of ENR targets for the region
Ensure minimal NPA slippage
Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance of KYC guidelines and other relevant RBI/Bank guidelines
