What Youll Do

Drive the product strategy and growth roadmap for Vibrating Products

Lead product localization and cost optimization initiatives

Develop market positioning, pricing, and competitive strategies

Support sales teams with applications, proposals, and technical solutions

Collaborate with global product management, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams

Identify new market opportunities and drive profitable business growth

Deliver product training and support marketing initiatives

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (MBA preferred)

15+ years of experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development of industrial equipment

Strong knowledge of vibrating feeders, conveyors, screening equipment, material handling systems, or bulk solids processing equipment

Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with multinational organizations and global teams

Willingness to travel as required
