Job Description :-
Scrutinizing Legal Scrutiny Report, Title Search Report and Vetting report for cases initiated and Vetting of Original Property Papers
Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports and initiating individual cases to empanelled Advocate for Scrutiny.
Liasoning with enforcement authorities and draft an appropriate response to the statutory notices served on the Company in coordination with H.O.
Initiating legal proceedings against the delinquent customer.
Handling customers grievances / notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within time frame.
Conducting of Training to various stakeholders on execution of documents from time to time.
