The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for aligning business objectives across designated regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Partner with regional leadership to implement HR strategies that drive business growth.
• Talent Management: Oversee regional recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention.
• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting thorough investigations.
• Performance Management: Guide managers on performance improvement plans, appraisals, and career development.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all regional operations comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Data Analytics: Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to recommend actionable business solutions.
• Learning & Development: Identify regional training needs and cooperate with the L&D team to deliver programs.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be Post Graduate with 7+ years experience in HRBP Role in BFSI Sector
