Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new corporate and event leads.
- Conduct cold calls, sales visits, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Maintain daily sales call reports and MIS updates.
- Support senior managers during client presentations.
- Coordinate internally for booking confirmations and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities in assigned market segments.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Perform core responsibilities associated with the role of Regenta Central Grand Exotica - Sales Executive.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
- Analyze issues and recommend practical solutions for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet assigned targets, deadlines, and service level expectations.
- Support process improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
