Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Loyalty Management

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance long-term relationships
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with existing customers (calls, events, updates, festive outreach)
  • Plan and execute loyalty programs, appreciation events, and exclusive offers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations proactively

Referral Program Management

  • Design and manage structured referral campaigns
  • Track and monitor referral leads and conversions
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up and closure
  • Maintain database of referrers and reward eligibility
  • Ensure timely processing of referral incentives and payouts

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and referral tracking
  • Monitor referral conversion ratios and campaign ROI
  • Prepare periodic reports on loyalty initiatives and referral performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams
  • Support marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers
  • Provide insights to management on customer feedback and retention trends

Candidate Profile

  • 48 years of experience in real estate CRM, customer engagement, referral sales, or loyalty programs
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence customers
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and tracking skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
