About the Role (Overview)

Were looking for Reddit Marketing Specialist This is a fully remote, freelance/contract-based role

where you'll be responsible for creating authentic conversations, engaging relevant communities,

and driving organic brand awareness while respecting Reddit's community guidelines.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

• Identify relevant subreddits where our target audience is active.
• Develop and execute a Reddit marketing strategy aligned with our brand and business

goals.

• Create authentic, community-first posts and comments that feel natural and add value.
• Build credibility by actively participating in relevant discussions.
• Identify genuine opportunities to introduce products without violating subreddit

rules.

• Monitor brand mentions and engages in relevant conversations.
• Drive product discussions, customer feedback threads, educational content, and case

studies.

• Track traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions generated through Reddit.
• Share regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

• 25 years in Reddit Marketing, Community Management, Organic social media, or

Digital Marketing.

• Proven experience promoting products or services organically on Reddit.
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, karma, and

account credibility.

• Ability to build engagement without making content feel promotional.
• Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, SaaS, fintech, or B2B

brands is preferred.

• Existing credible Reddit account(s) or experience managing established Reddit

communities will be an added advantage.

• Excellent written communication, storytelling, and community engagement skills.
