Recruitment Officer - Manufacturing - Oil & Gas - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and hiring technical, engineering, skilled, semi-skilled, and corporate professionals for industrial and oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, technical skills, and project timelines.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, databases, and other appropriate channels.
4. Handle recruitment for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and Industrial roles.
5. Source and screen candidates for positions such as:
• Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineers
• Project Engineers and Managers
• QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors
• HSE Officers / Engineers
• Maintenance Engineers and Technicians
• Production / Manufacturing professionals
• Welders, Fabricators, Fitters, Electricians, and other skilled workers

Preferred candidate profile : Any Degree / PG with 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
