Recruitment Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for timely and efficient volume recruitment.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for mass and sales hiring.
• Conduct field HR activities, including consultancy services and manpower sourcing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all recruitment efforts.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring, or volume hiring environments.
• Knowledge of sales recruitment principles and practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with BFSI recruitment processes and procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes.
