Recruitment Executive - Non - IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
• Should be capable of independently handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while working as part of a team.
• Screening and shortlisting profiles based on requirements
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Strong communication and client-handling skills required
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Experience in bulk hiring or retail hiring will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or internship experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Staffing industry experience will be an added advantage
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri
• Good sourcing skills
• Good communication skills.
