Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview: We are looking for a coordinator who can effectively support the Corporate TA function, primarily handling candidate communication, coordination, and backend recruitment activities.
Key Skills Attributes:
- Strong email etiquette and written communication skills
- Good verbal communication and stakeholder handling ability
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience:
- Open to candidates with a full-time MBA (HR) with no prior experience, or
- Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in HR/TA coordination
Shift Coverage: While the role will be based in India, flexibility is required to support extended hours, including partial overlap with US time zones, as per business requirements.
