Recruiter/Senior Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
