Recruiter Volume / Non-IT Hiring

Job :

Hiring for Recruiter Bulk Hiring role with experience in Non-IT / BPO hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals
• Conduct telephonic screening
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain candidate pipeline & trackers
• Handle bulk hiring requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and support hiring drives

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in bulk / non-IT hiring
• Experience in BPO hiring (Voice/Non-Voice) preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & recruitment tools
