Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent for real estate clients through headhunting, interviewing, and screening processes.
  
• Conduct IT recruitment and sourcing activities to meet client requirements.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
  
• Utilize various sources such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in real estate hiring or related field (head hunting).
  
• Excellent sourcing skills including social media outreach and networking.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
