Recruiter - Non-IT Hiring (BFSI & Finance & Accounts)

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Shift: Regular Shift
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring for BFSI, Finance & Accounts, and other Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and end-to-end recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other hiring channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for bulk and niche hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening expertise.
• Experience in BFSI and Finance & Accounts hiring.
• Bulk hiring experience preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment coordination.
• Expertise in Non-IT hiring including Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Marcom roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to source candidates for complex and niche positions.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience from Tier-1 organizations will be an added advantage.
