We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter (Manufacturing & Engineering) to be deployed at one of our prestigious engineering clients based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Position: Non-IT Recruiter (Manufacturing & Engineering)
Location: Client Office Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Working days: 5 days Monday to Friday (All Saturday Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring requirements and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Engineering roles.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Source candidates through Resdex, Foundit, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through telephonic HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback between candidates and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing and Engineering hiring.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
