Designation - Recruiter (3 to 6 Years)

Location - BKC (5 Days - WFO)

Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
• Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
• Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
• Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
• Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, managing the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Brings hands-on experience in the RPO hiring model, with a strong focus on IT recruitment across various technology roles. Has worked closely with client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality and SLA expectations.
• Has solid experience in domestic IT hiring. The candidate's expertise is primarily in the Indian market, which aligns well with the current business requirement.
• Open to working from the office five days a week and is comfortable commuting to the BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) office location, meeting the role's work-from-office requirement.
