Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS management, and stakeholder communication while hiring across diverse skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions.
• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment data, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in Recruitment including technical roles.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of the IT hiring landscape and technical terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience recruiting for mid-market or enterprise clients is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a consulting, staffing, or managed services environment is preferred.
