Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various fintech roles through bulk hiring campaigns, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with company requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the required skillsets and cultural fit.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry, preferably in Fintech domain.
• Strong understanding of financial services sector trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Proven track record in bulk hiring processes, including end-to-end recruitment management.
