Roles & Responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment
- Client Interaction for clarifying the requirements
- Recruitment of as per client requirements in given TAT
- Managing a recruitment team.
- Co-ordination with candidates post selection for getting documents as required eg resignation letter, acceptance of resignation letter, salary slip and any relevant document as required for the joining.
- MIS Reports status of joining / requirements assigned.
- Employee interaction.
