Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in identifying and hiring quality talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary, discuss offers, and ensure a smooth joining process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
