We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in IT Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, interview teams, and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the role.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
