Job Role - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter specialized in international hiring to attract top talent for global markets. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for overseas positions, coordinate with international candidates and clients, and ensure a seamless hiring experience that meets organizational staffing needs across borders.

Key Responsibilities-

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates from international markets via various channels including global job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage and streamline end-to-end international recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and craft effective job descriptions for international roles.
• Coordinate offer letters, medical and visa processes, work permits, and other compliance-related documentation for overseas hires.
• Maintain a robust database of candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct remote interviews and assessments, ensuring clear communication and candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers, salary packages, and other employment terms with international candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the organization's brand globally.
• Track and report recruitment metrics related to international hiring activities.

Qualifications & Skills-

• Proven experience in international talent acquisition or global recruitment.
• Strong understanding of visa, work permit, and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Familiarity with international job portals, social media, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to handle multiple openings in different regions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
