Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO hiring or non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes and volume hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
