Seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in Leadership Hiring, Lateral Hiring, and End-to-End Recruitment across IT and Non-IT positions. Responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, market mapping, talent identification, candidate screening, stakeholder/client management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, ATS platforms, and social recruiting, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within aggressive hiring timelines. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven recruitment environment, managing multiple critical positions simultaneously, maintaining excellent candidate experience, and building long-term talent pipelines.
