Proven expertise in all sourcing methodologies including using recruiting research, database search, direct sourcing from competitors
Analysis of requirements and formulating activities to fulfill with in the stipulated time.
Handling end to end recruitment
Sourcing from different channels
Prepare candidate resume and key skills summary etc. for Telephonic Call with TA & Technical Team
Creating pipeline of prospective technology skills as required by the company on time to time.
Salary: INR 1, 25, 000 - 3, 50, 000 P.A.
