Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
