Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
