Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter based in Bangalore who can manage end-to-end recruitment and effectively communicate with candidates across South India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, along with good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Communicate with candidates in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and English as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet defined hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
• Develop talent pools for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in volume hiring or frontline recruitment.
• Experience recruiting candidates across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
• Existing candidate networks across South India.
• Experience with ATS/recruitment systems.
