Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate relationships across various hiring requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
• Ensure timely feedback collection and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer roll-out processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in consultancy/staffing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
