- Map JD and Candidate profiles
- Screening of candidates and prepare quality tracker
- Send to client and follow-up for interview schedules
- Following up with shortlisted candidates for an interview till onboarding
- As per schedule , follow-up clients about the interview
- Collect feedback from candidates and clients
- Update candidates and clients for /further process
- Complete the offer , joining process.
Should maintain database of all candidates .Role & responsibilities
