We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Excel trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
• Assist in job posting across various recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation when required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• BTech /BE

grad course or BCA - 65% and MCA - 60% (Full time) NO only BCA

Passing Year 2024 .2025 and 2026

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or certification in HR/Recruitment is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or Monster.
• Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
