Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with leads generated through social media campaigns.
• Explain the training program and assess candidate interest and eligibility.
• Shortlist interested candidates and schedule them for counselling/orientation.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.

Eligibility:

• Any Arts & Science Graduate (HR/Social Work background preferred).
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Willingness to work in recruitment and candidate mobilization.
