Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Supply Chain functions, including Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Warehousing, and Operations. The role requires strong domain understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SCM roles across levels (junior to leadership) with complete ownership.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, role expectations, and skill requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultant networks.
• Build a strong SCM talent pipeline across industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, and Industrial sectors.
• Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Ensure timely coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
• Drive cost-effective hiring through increased self-sourcing and reduced dependency on agencies.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus or lateral hiring drives for SCM talent.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on SCM/Supply Chain & R&D hiring.
• Strong understanding of roles in Procurement, Logistics, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
