Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic staffing requirements.
• Work on both Full-Time and Contract hiring roles across various technologies/domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure timely closures within defined TATs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• 3 5 years of experience in domestic IT/non-IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in Full-Time and Contract staffing.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
