Recovery Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls, emails, messages, or field visits (depending on the organization). 
• Follow up with customers on outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. 
• Explain payment options, penalties, and settlement procedures to customers. 
• Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, collections, and customer service. 
• Prepare recovery reports and update management on collection status. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws during recovery activities. 
• Assist senior recovery officers in handling complex recovery cases. 
• Track and monitor delinquent accounts to minimize bad debts & achieve set targets. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices. 

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year experience (Preferably in Housing Finance Industry)
