Will be responsible all work of a Receptionist or a Front Desk Executive
He/she will properly identify patients and correctly use his/her analytical skill to convert the patient query into business maintaining business ethics
The successful candidate will also deliver excellent patient service, answer patient questions, act as a resource for patient information and strengthen the relationship between the patient and our entire medical facility

Duties and Responsibilities

Comforts patients by anticipating patients anxieties, answering patients questions, and maintaining the reception area.

Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Schedule appointment between doctors and patients.

Billing for patients wanting to do tests.

Coordinating with the Centre Parties and Mkt. Executives for sending patient with preparation.

Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies and stationeries.

Handover right reports to right patient.

Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, patient information.

Follow-up collection outstanding.

Any other work as and when required

Skill Requirements

The Receptionist/ Sr. Receptionist should have at least 2to 4 years of experience in the same industry and should possess the following set of skills:

Attention to detail, and a multitasker

Should have telephone skills

A good team member.

An individual who can work well under pressure or in stressful and demanding situations or environments.

Should be a good communicator and a good coordinator.

Good Understanding of all diagnostics tests.

Should be able to operate computers.

A good listener.

Educational Requirements

Academically he/she should be at least Graduate. Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.
