ReBIT Hiring | Automation Engineer

Dear Candidate,

ReBIT, a 100% owned IT subsidiary is hiring for Automation Engineer (Senior/Lead). We're planning for a face-to-face recruitment drive on 11th Oct'25 (Saturday).

Work Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Interview Location: Navi Mumbai (Juinagar)

Education: BCA/Bcs.IT/Bcs.CS/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/MBA/PGDM

Experience / Qualifications:

• Should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Cucumber (BDD)
• Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and branching strategies
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar
• Familiarity with Maven for dependency management and build automation
• Proven ability to manage and maintain regression test sets
• Experience in code reviews
• Experience in preparing and sharing DSRs or similar reporting formats
• Ability to write clean and reusable automation code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and BDD Cucumber

- Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using Maven for build management

- Manage version control and code collaboration using Git/GitHub

- Analyze test results, identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues

- Participate in code reviews

- Continuously improve automation practices, test coverage, and execution speed

- Manage and optimize regression test suites to ensure coverage and stability across releases

- Track and report daily progress through Daily Status Reports (DSRs), highlighting automation coverage, issues and blockers

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
