Job Description

Oxyhom Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various sources.
• Handle sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects until successful deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Own vehicle is preferred.
