React.js Developer (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using React JS and modern frontend architectures.

- API Integration : Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend RESTful/GraphQL APIs to ensure smooth data flow and state synchronization.

- Responsive Design : Ensure flawless responsive design implementation and cross-browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

- Performance Engineering : Optimize application components for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency without compromising UI/UX quality.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate wireframes and requirements into high-quality code.

- Code Quality : Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while conducting comprehensive peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Role Requirements :

Experience :

- 8- 10 years of professional software development experience, with a heavy focus on enterprise-grade frontend web applications.

Required Technical Skills :

- React JS & Ecosystem : Deep expertise in React JS (including Hooks, Context API) and modern asynchronous JavaScript (ES6+).

- State Management : Extensive hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.

- Core Web Technologies : Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, SASS, or Styled Components).

- API Consumption : Strong experience handling asynchronous data fetching, RESTful APIs, and handling complex JSON payloads.

- Tools & Workflows : Proficiency with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, Git, and npm/yarn).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven track record with advanced performance optimization techniques (e.g., code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and profiling).

- Experience building Mobile-First web applications or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

- Familiarity with TypeScript and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
