Job Purpose: Frontend Developer works with the Team Leads, Business Units, Enterprise / Solution Architects, and vendor partners to build Frontend UIs to solve mission-critical business challenges. The Developer builds User Interfaces and maintains integrations with multiple backend systems and must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with end users and developing and deploying the applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 6-9 years of experience with FlutterFlow (Mandatory) or Flutter Development
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using FlutterFlow.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive FlutterFlow Web applications.
• Optimize app performance and ensure seamless user experiences across different devices.
• Exposure on other UI technologies like Next, React, TypeScript etc.
• Good experience with REST API integration and session authentication standards such as JWT is a must.
• Strong exposure with 3 rd party app integration
• Familiar with code quality standards and tools
• Knowledge of Web Security Standards, Encryption standards, Policy Management, Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
• Be responsible for programming and software development using Flutter and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other team members, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
• Explain complex technical flows to project managers, developers, application leads and architects in an easy-to-understand manner and recommend clearly thought-out solutions.
• Provide status updates and reporting metrics to the program leadership and contribute towards on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Following Test Driven Development practices including writing Unit Test Cases
• Strong with quick POC building and engaging with different stakeholders for UI requirement closures
• Proven UI experience.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficient in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for rapid prototyping.
• Presentation skills, creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
• Abreast with the latest UI techniques, trends, and technologies.
