Requirements:

Proficiency in React Native, with a good understanding of JavaScript including ES6+ syntax.
Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Android Studio, IntelliJ.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
