Role Overview :

We are looking for a high caliber React Native Developer who is more than just a coder we need a problem solver.

Whether your expertise lies in React Native, you should have a deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and the nuances of the Android and iOS ecosystems.

You will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality cross-platform applications, ensuring seamless UI/UX, and solving complex technical challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect & Build : Design and develop advanced, scalable applications using React Native.

- Problem Solve : Tackle complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and architectural hurdles with creative and efficient solutions.

- Lead & Mentor : Review code, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and establish best practices for the mobile team.

- Optimize : Ensure the app's performance is buttery smooth (60fps), focusing on memory management, startup time, and efficient API handling.

- Integrate : Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party services.

- Innovate : Stay updated with the latest mobile trends and evaluate new libraries or tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Technical Skills :

- Framework Expertise : 4+ years of professional experience in React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Native Knowledge : Strong understanding of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) to handle bridge/native modules when required.

- State Management : Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux/Zustand/Context API (for React Native).

- Database & Storage : Experience with local storage solutions like SQLite, Hive, or Realm.

- CI/CD & Tools : Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket/GitHub Actions, and publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- A proven portfolio of at least 2-3 high-quality apps published on the App Store/Play Store.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
