React JS + AEM Backend Developer
Exp 8 to 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance React components and front-end libraries.
- Develop and customize AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, and Services.
- Integrate React front-end applications with AEM backend through REST APIs, GraphQL, and Sling Models.
- Work with AEM Sites, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Develop backend services using Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR within the AEM platform.
- Ensure seamless content authoring experience for business users and content authors.
- Optimize application performance, security, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Technical Responsibilities
- Implement AEM Dispatcher caching and deployment strategies.
- Configure and manage AEM environments including Author, Publish, and Dispatcher.
- Create and consume APIs for frontend-backend communication.
- Develop unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content authors, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Agile & Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Estimate development efforts and provide technical solutions for business requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5/AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Solid knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Maven.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architecture.
- Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AEM Headless CMS implementations.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or Node.js.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud Manager).
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
