About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, MongoDB, Python, and Cloud technologies to build scalable enterprise applications and modern data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front-end development, backend services, cloud-native architecture, and API development. Experience in visualization and Power BI will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python, and MongoDB.
- Build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Create reusable React components and implement modern UI/UX best practices.
- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and performance.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for application deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture and code reviews.
Must-Have Skills
- 58 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
- Exposure to Databricks, Spark, or modern data platforms.
- Knowledge of visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or AG Grid.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or other analytics services.
- Power BI or Cloud certifications.
