Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to gather and understand project requirements.

Develop new user-facing features using React.js while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, optimizing for reusability and maintainability.

Implement responsive designs and ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

Translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional and interactive web applications.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and React ecosystem.

Contribute to the documentation of code, processes, and best practices.

Continuously explore and recommend improvements to the front-end development process and architecture.

Experience:

4+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of modern ES6+ syntax.

Strong experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.

Ability to create charts and Graphs using 3rd party libraries like D3

Experience with version control systems, especially Git.

Solid understanding of fundamental front-end architecture and design principles.

Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Recoil.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or static site generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js.

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

Understanding of UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.

Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation in React applications.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects
