Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Frontend Development & Implementation
- Develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications across platforms.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of mobile solutions using React Native, Flutter, Ionic, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and best practices across the mobile development team.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Define and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide sustainable solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
