Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React + .NET Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, .NET Core/.NET Framework, PostgreSQL/SQL Server databases, REST APIs development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Build reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Frontend Responsibilities

• Develop modern UI using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
• Ensure application responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.

Backend Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Identity Framework.
• Build scalable microservices and integrate third-party services.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

Database Management

• Design and optimize database objects, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Write complex SQL queries and improve database performance.
• Perform data migration and troubleshooting activities.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines 
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Support containerized deployments using Docker.
• Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Follow coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
